By using this website or placing an order through it, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, the User should refrain from using this website.

Please note that these Terms and Conditions of Use may be changed at any time, and it is the User's full responsibility to periodically review them, as the conditions in effect at the time of using the website or entering into the Contract (as defined below) are the applicable ones.


  1. These general conditions regulate the sale, including registration, ordering, and access to the products of Chakalaka Store "Tudopararegistar Lda.", with VAT number 510774865, headquartered at Praceta Aníbal Faustino, No. 6, 6-A and 6-B, 2625-161 Quinta da Piedade, Póvoa de Santa Iria, Portugal, on the website www.chakalaka.pt, and apply to all purchase and sale contracts of products "entered into between Tudopararegistar, Lda. and any customer placing orders through the website.

  2. For the purposes of these general conditions, the following is understood:

    a) - Chakalaka Store "Tudopararegistar" - The products marketed by Tudopararegistar, Lda., holder of all copyright or related rights, as well as other rights that may be subject to protection under the Industrial Property Code, on the website with the above address and supplier of the goods available for order on the same site;

    b) - "User" - Any individual, not a trader, placing an order through the website www.chakalaka.pt;

  3. These general conditions do not exclude the User's rights and guarantees provided by the legislation in force for contracts of this nature.


  1. The conclusion of purchase and sale contracts for Chakalaka Store products assumes the User's knowledge and acceptance of the General Conditions.

  2. By accepting the General Conditions, the User confirms having read the General Conditions, having legal capacity to accept them, and to enter into the purchase and sale contract for Chakalaka Store Tudopararegistar Lda. products.

  3. The information contained in these Terms does not constitute a sales proposal but a mere invitation to negotiate. No contract for the mentioned products will be established between Chakalaka Store Tudopararegistar, Lda. and the user unless the order has been accepted by the former (whether or not a debit has been made to the user's account). If the order is not accepted after any debit has been made to the user's account, the respective amount will be refunded in full.


  1. To place an order, the User must register in advance by filling in the fields in the form on the website https://chakalaka.pt/str/# The information or data provided by the User will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using this website, the User is consenting to the processing of this information and their data, and declares that all information or data provided is true and corresponds to reality.

  2. After registering as a customer, the User can access their personal online account by logging in, after entering a personal and non-transferable password chosen at the time of registration.

  3. From the moment the User accesses their online personal account, they are subject to these general conditions, as well as the legal and regulatory rules governing its operation and use.

  3. Tudopararegistar, Lda. reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, the offer of Chakalaka Store products, prices, promotions, and commercial conditions presented on the website www.chakalaka.pt


  1. After accessing their personal account created on the website https://chakalaka.pt/str/#, the User can proceed to the online purchase of Chakalaka Store products, following these steps:

    a) Selection, through search icons or menus, of the desired product(s) by the User;

    b) Addition of the selected product(s) to the User's "Shopping Cart";

    c) Registration of the User's personal data, with the option to integrate them into Tudopararegistar, Lda.'s database as provided in the General Conditions;

    d) Indication of the "Delivery Location," "Billing Location," and the "Payment Method";

    e) Entry of the User's taxpayer identification number (NIF);

  2. Tudopararegistar, Lda. will provide all the details of the purchase through the website https://chakalaka.pt/str/#, allowing the identification and correction of any errors and will request the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the purchase, as well as the General Conditions;

  3. The User will be informed of the status of their order through the receipt of an email message regarding the "Order Confirmation," and a second message, after payment validation, regarding the "Shipment Order." All orders are subject to acceptance by Tudopararegistar, Lda. The purchase and sale contract between Tudopararegistar, Lda. and the user will only be formalized with the communication of the "Shipment Order."

  4. Finally, the User's order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the "Delivery Location" indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.

  5. Placing an online order for products in the "Shopping Cart" implies the User's acceptance of the purchase of these products, at the prices and under the terms described on the website https://chakalaka.pt/str/#. The User can only place orders through the website https://chakalaka.pt/str/# with the prices, terms, and conditions announced on it.

  6. In the event that Tudopararegistar, Lda., for any reason, does not accept the User's order, a right expressly reserved by Tudopararegistar Lda., the User will be informed of this fact.

  7. Tudopararegistar, Lda. reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order for a product from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

  8. The fulfillment of all orders placed on the aforementioned site is subject to Tudopararegistar, Lda.'s availability, which will try to ensure that all products offered for sale on the site are in stock. However, Tudopararegistar, Lda. reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel any purchase contracts already confirmed for products that are no longer available or are out of stock.

  9. Tudopararegistar, Lda. only sells products in stock, so it is not possible to place orders for products that are out of stock.

  10. Tudopararegistar, Lda. is not responsible for the lack of availability of products, and Tudopararegistar, Lda. will inform the User of the unavailability of the product ordered within 15 days from the date of receiving the order.

  11. Tudopararegistar, Lda. will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for the unavailability of products that have been ordered, and, in case of unavailability of the product, Tudopararegistar, Lda. will inform the User of the partial shipment or total shipment of the order.


  1. The prices indicated on each product include the legal VAT rate. However, delivery costs are not included, and they will be added to the total amount due, as indicated in the purchase process, before the User confirms their order. The User will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process.

  2. Prices are presented in euros. The rate in force on the order date is applied, without taking into account changes that occur after its completion.

  3. Tudopararegistar, Lda. reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, Tudopararegistar, Lda. undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated on the website at the time of the User's order.

  4. If there is an error in the price of a product ordered by the User, and it is detected by Tudopararegistar, Lda., the User will be informed as soon as possible. The User will be given the option to confirm their order at the correct price or cancel it. If Tudopararegistar, Lda. cannot contact the User, the order will be canceled, and the User will be refunded in full for any amounts paid.


  1. To proceed with the payment of the order, the User must follow the payment process defined on the website https://chakalaka.pt/str/#.

  2. The User can pay for the ordered products through the following methods:

    a) - ATM: Payment is made through an ATM reference generated in the purchase process. This reference can be paid at any ATM or through online banking.

    b) - Bank transfer: Payment is made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the purchase process. The order will only be shipped after the transfer has been confirmed.

    c) - Check: Payment is made by check, and the order will only be shipped after the check has been validated.

  3. Tudopararegistar, Lda. guarantees the confidentiality and security of the data provided by Users during the payment process, using encryption techniques widely accepted in the market.


  1. The delivery of the products is made to the address indicated by the User during the purchase process.

  2. The costs related to the delivery of the products are the responsibility of the User and will be indicated during the purchase process.

  3. Tudopararegistar, Lda. may offer free shipping promotions, which will be duly communicated on the website https://chakalaka.pt/str/#.

  4. In orders for delivery to the islands, the User should request a quote for shipping costs before confirming the order.


  1. Tudopararegistar, Lda. will deliver the products from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, to the address indicated by the User.

  2. Tudopararegistar, Lda. undertakes to comply with the order within 15 days from the date of validation of payment, and the delivery will be carried out by a carrier contracted by Tudopararegistar, Lda. The User will be informed of the expected delivery date during the purchase process and, later, in the "Order Confirmation" email.

  3. The User must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address provided during the purchase process to receive the order. If the User is not present at the address indicated, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed for the User to receive the order.

  4. In the event of the non-receipt of the order, the User should contact Tudopararegistar, Lda. as soon as possible, either by email (geral@chakalaka.pt) or by phone, to schedule a new delivery date.

  5. In the case of a return of the order due to the User's unavailability to receive it, the costs of the return and reshipment of the order will be borne by the User.


  1. The User has the right to cancel the order until the products are shipped, without any cost and without the need for any justification.

  2. After receiving the order, the User has 14 days to return the product without the need for justification.

  3. The User must communicate the intention to return the product by email to geral@chakalaka.pt, indicating the order number and the product(s) to be returned.

  4. Tudopararegistar, Lda. will inform the User of the return process, including the return address.

  5. The return of the product must be made without undue delay, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of communication of the intention to return.

  6. The returned product must be in perfect condition, complete, and properly packaged in its original packaging. The product must not show signs of use or manipulation that goes beyond the mere verification of its good condition and operation.

  7. The User is responsible for the costs of returning the product.

  8. After receiving and verifying the returned product, Tudopararegistar, Lda. will refund the amount paid by the User, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the communication of the intention to return.

  9. Tudopararegistar, Lda. reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product is received and verified.


  1. Tudopararegistar, Lda. makes every effort to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors may vary depending on the User's monitor.


  1. The User can submit complaints through the email geral@chakalaka.pt.

  2. Tudopararegistar, Lda. undertakes to respond to complaints within a maximum period of 5 working days from the date of receipt.


  1. The products sold by Tudopararegistar, Lda. benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in the legislation in force.


  1. Tudopararegistar, Lda. does not guarantee the permanent availability of the website, and it is not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the unavailability of the website.

2 Tudopararegistar, Lda. will also not assume any responsibility for any damages arising directly or indirectly from force majeure situations, understood as any event beyond the control of Tudopararegistar, Lda. that prevents it, totally or partially, definitively or temporarily, from fulfilling its obligations, including, but not limited to, strikes, power network failures, telecommunication service interruptions, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays from suppliers or carriers, and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.

3) Tudopararegistar is not responsible for any abusive use of the User's access data to the website by third parties, data that are personal and non-transferable.


Tudopararegistar, Lda. reserves the right to change these General Conditions at any time, after notification, with such notification being considered effective upon publication on the website www.chakalaka.pt of the modified General Conditions.


1) The User authorizes the collection and computer processing of their personal data by Tudopararegistar Lda, including all data disclosed at the time of registration on the website www.chakalaka.pt

2) The data provided by the User is intended for registration on the website www.chakalaka.pt, access control, and the formation, execution, and management of Chakalaka Store product purchase and sale contracts.

3) The data controller is Tudopararegistar, Lda. (Chakalaka Store), and such data may also be accessed by service providers of Tudopararegistar, Lda., namely accounting and auditing companies.

4) The User may, at any time, exercise the right of access and rectification of their data in their Chakalaka Store personal area.

5) When using personal data for advertising purposes, Tudopararegistar, Lda. warns the User that some of their personal data may circulate on the network without security conditions, risking being viewed and used by unauthorized third parties.

6) The User authorizes the collection of their personal data and its computer processing to enable the dispatch of orders and the execution of administrative operations related to them, including tracking and providing information to the User, as well as for the preparation of statistical studies, promotional activities, and direct marketing by Tudopararegistar, Lda.


Tudopararegistar, Lda. will not be responsible for the non-compliance or delay in compliance with any obligation arising from the Contract that is due to an event beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").

A Force Majeure Event includes any event, act, or omission outside the reasonable control of the Seller and includes, in particular (but not exclusively), the following:

  • Strikes, lockouts, and other labor actions
  • Civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat of preparations for war.
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, sinking, epidemic, or other natural disaster.
  • Inability to use railways, maritime, air, road, or other public or private transportation.
  • Inability to use public or private telecommunications networks.
  • Laws, decrees, regulations, or government restrictions.
  • Any strikes, interruptions, or accidents affecting relevant postal or transport services.

The obligation of Tudopararegistar, Lda. to fulfill any Contract will be suspended for the duration of a Force Majeure Event and will give rise to an extension of the respective deadline equivalent to that duration. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to terminate a Force Majeure Event or to find a solution that allows the fulfillment of its contractual obligations despite the existence of a Force Majeure Event.


1) These general conditions apply for the duration of the supply of goods through the website https://chakalaka.pt/str/#

2) The provisions of the preceding paragraph do not prejudice the possibility of later revision and/or amendment of these conditions.

3) The declaration of nullity of one or more general conditions does not exclude the application of the others nor implies the invalidity of the concluded transaction.


1) The computer records, stored in Tudopararegistar's computer systems, are considered evidence of the conclusion of the contract between the parties, as well as the conditions under which it was concluded.

2) The archiving of documents proving orders and the associated invoices will be carried out on a reliable and durable medium.


1) These General Conditions are subject to Portuguese Law.

2) Any questions or disputes arising from these General Conditions or the contracts to which they apply or are part of, including those regarding their validity, effectiveness, interpretation, integration, application, or compliance, will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Guimarães, with express waiver of any other.

3) In the event of a dispute, the consumer can resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity, and, as a rule, the competent one is the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center corresponding to the consumer's domicile.
